Gentrack Strategic Partnership Announced

Generis is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with its sister company Gentrack, a leading provider of billing, CRM and revenue management software solutions to the utility industry, telcos and airports worldwide. Gentrack Velocity is used in over 90 utility and airport organisations throughout Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Finland, Pacific Islands, Malaysia and Cambodia. The partnership will see Generis Technology providing the local utilities expertise in the UK and Europe delivering Gentrack Velocity’s latest best of breed billing and customer management capabilities.

Gentrack and Generis Technology’s mutual owner, Landis+Gyr, is the world’s largest smart metering company with annual revenues in excess of £760 million. The recent addition of Generis Technology and Gentrack to the Landis+Gyr family of businesses has established an end-to-end solution to support a utility’s meter-to-cash business including advanced metering, MDMS, market interaction, residential and commercial time of use billing, credit and collections and customer management.
