Generis release B-Smart™ – Version 1.3.0

On 6th December 2002, Generis Technology Ltd issued version 1.3.0 of B-Smart™.

As well as many additions and enhancements to functionality, there were two milestone deliverables achieved:

Electricity
B-Smart™ version 1.3.0 includes for the first time the addition of a new Meter Asset Management component for the Electricity market. From this version forward it is now possible to configure and manage all aspects of Electricity asset data.
This new component includes a complete set of screens and supporting database enabling customers to manage their portfolio accordingly.
Generis Technology Limited has already received two major orders for this upgrade.

RGMA (Review of Gas Metering Arrangements)
In support of the Ofgem led RGMA, version 1.3.0 of B-Smart™ is compliant against version 2.3 of the RGMA Process and Data documentation as issued on 29th September 2002.
This new version of B-Smart™ builds on the previous and initial RGMA release, and delivers a robust set of pre configured dataflows ready for advance industry testing activities by UK Gas Suppliers.
