Customer Transfer Programme (CTP)

Significant enhancements to the B-Smart™ suite in support of the Customer Transfer Programme for both gas and electricity were undertaken during Q3 and Q4 2005. For those clients who licensed CTP functionality, the new enhancements went smoothly into production during week commencing 23rd February 2006.
