Oracle De-Support Notice

Oracle will formally de-support Forms 10g Release 1 (version 9.0.4.0) and 10gAS Release 1 (version 9.0.4.0) from 31st December 2006.

A new version of B-Smart™ will ship in Q4 2006 moving to Forms 10g Release 2 (version 10.1.2.0.2) and 10gAS Release 2 (version 10.1.2.0.2). In conjunction with this, the RDBMS will to Oracle 10g Release 2 (version 10.2.0.1). The exact date of this release will be advised later in the year.

Clients should make a footnote entry in their year end implementation schedules to accommodate and deploy this new version and make note of the Oracle versions required.
