This application has been designed to remove the need for human intervention when sending and receiving email messages, including attachments, between communicating participants. Once configured, Auto E-Mail will work seamlessly with existing client systems handling email activity in an automated manner behind the scenes.
The application utilises standard email technology for the transport of information between target and source and may therefore be used for both internal and external communication.
If the target organisation also has an Auto E-Mail system configured, then the operation is further automated, reducing the necessity for correspondence by phone or non-standard email exchanges.
For those clients already utilising Generis Technology’s B-Smart™ Suite of products, the Auto E-Mail application can provide an additional layer of seamless communication with market participants who do not have access to higher cost industry data gateways.
In summary the Auto E-Mail System can offer the following types of file transfers between two partner organisations:
